The Beach Rose House is a single family Cape Cod vacation home rental, on a half-acre yard, in a quiet residential neighborhood just 1/4 mile from the beautiful Kingsbury Beach and just around the corner from Great Pond!

Enjoy a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Eastham rental, with bayside and ocean-side beaches, freshwater ponds, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and the National Seashore nearby. There is no need for a town beach sticker here because Kingsbury Beach and freshwater Great Pond are both a short walk away! The bike trail crosses Kingsbury Beach road for 26 miles of off-road biking. Take the bike trail tunnel under Rt 6 to Arnold’s Seafood for a special dinner out. This is a “gold star” seafood venue!

The Beach Rose House is a Cape Cod, cedar-shingled, ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a farmer’s porch, and a deck. The open-plan living area has a sizeable living room, dining room, and fully applianced kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and laundry (washer & dryer) closet. At the other end of the house are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed with “in-suite” full bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, and the other full bath has a tub/shower. This home has expanded cable TV, telephone with free domestic phone calls, and wireless high-speed Internet. In addition, the “Beach Rose” is air-conditioned for the warmer in-season months. The front of this Eastham, Cape Cod vacation rental greets you with a farmer’s porch, and there is a detached shed for beach gear and bike storage. Just outside the back door of the house are the enclosed outside shower and a deck with a charcoal grill.

In the neighborhood, you will find Kingsbury Beach, a clean, warm, sandy, saltwater beach on Cape Cod Bay with swimming, shelling, and sunsets galore! Just around the corner, Wiley Park on Great Pond offers a playground for kids, a dog park, a sandy beach for freshwater swimming, and a town landing for canoeing/kayaking.

Located nearby is The National Seashore Visitor Center with a wealth of information about the area and year-round programs for all ages. A large portion of Eastham is owned by the Cape Cod National Seashore which gives us miles of pristine beaches and densely wooded forests with walking, biking, and kayaking in the tidal flats. In addition, within 3 miles you may enjoy Wellfleet’s Audubon Sanctuary, movie theaters, a vintage drive-in movie theater, the Wellfleet flea-market, weekly craft fairs, art shows and galleries, Nauset Lighthouse, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, mini-golf, and lots of great local restaurants.
